2025 is coming to a close, and what a year it has been on so many different levels. Lots of highs, and of course some lows too, but it’s all part of the rich tapestry of recruitment life. Here are some of the highlights :
🎯 Kicked off the year by celebrating our record breaking 2024 at Flight Club
✔️ Completed a full team build of a new insurance company
🎓 Neve completes work experience meeting our clients in London
📈 Paul Firkins signs up 3 new Growth clients
👶 The FJN family expands with the addition of baby Emily Perry!
⚫⚪ Newcastle win first trophy for years!!!! (Not work related, I know, but me and Finlay were there!)
🐗🏏 FJN commence a 2 year sponsorship plan to support Roffey CC
⚽ We host our 6th charity match in aide of Wolfram UK
🟡🟢 Horsham FC, sponsored and supported by FJN, win the league and achieve promotion to the 6 the tier for the first time in their history
🏇 We host our annual client race day at Goodwood
👑 Our very own Queen of Qatar, Amber joins our FJN Growth consultancy team
⚽ Hosted our 3rd FJN 6 a side tournament – well done to team Howden for winning the tournament 🏆
🕰️ 23 years in recruitment for me….
🏆 First FJN Fantasy football league kicked off in August
🪇 Oasis gig at Wembley! Again, nothing to do with work but me and Fin were there! What a night!!!
🏢 The ‘N’ in FJN commences her first role in insurance. Well done Neve!
⛳ FJN Growth golf day is a roaring success! Hats off to winning golfer Steph Coulter!
🏆 Hosted and sponsored 5th Health and Protection awards evening
📈 Had our record ever month!
🏉 Finally got to see the Haka at Twickenham and a great England win!

If you have not been part of our 2025, let’s hope we work together in 2026. We love what we do here, and we will be doing it for many years to come, so you may as well get involved now. I am turning 50 next week and have no plans of hanging my boots up for a number of years yet!
