Role includes
- Supporting new individual and group business enquiries via intermediary partners.
- Preparing new business quotations
- Monitoring new business pipelines aligned to the consultative approach we provide to intermediaries
- Assisting with development and marketing initiatives
- Consulting with our underwriting teams regarding new applications
- Co-ordinating opportunities within other entities of the business
- Assisting with business activity and sales reporting
- Supporting new broker prospection projects and competitor analysis
- Registering new partnership agreements and maintaining existing intermediary records
- Providing occasion support to our B2C sales team
Skills, Experience & Attributes:
- Due to the nature of the role, it would be ideal if you have sales experience, preferably within IPMI
- The ability to negotiate and close deals will come as second nature to you.
- Excellent relationship building and negotiating skills are vital.
- Educated to GCSE level with A or B in English and Mathematics
- IT literate: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Organised and excellent time keeping
- Excellent communication and business writing skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Great attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills within the company
- Determined and self-motivated
- Be able to work as part of a collaborative team
