Here at FJN Solutions we are always striving to learn more and develop our knowledge of the market that we recruit for. Between the three of us, we have 35 years recruitment experience and therefore know the recruitment world better than most, but do we know enough about the markets we recruit for?
Our view is that you never stop learning and this is more prominent than ever at present with so much innovation and improvements being made to the IPMI market. With this in mind Stuart Perry and myself will be attending the inaugural Health & Protection IPMI Summit on 4th and 5th May 2022 to learn as much as possible from a number of key industry leaders in the IPMI world.
We are really excited to become students for a couple of days and to listen to the thoughts and comments of the industry’s very best talent. Knowing your market is absolutely critical in recruitment and investing time into events like this is key for our growth, ambitions and development as a business.
