Afternoon all!
After the success of the Lionesses in the summer and the pending Qatar world cup, would any of our contacts on LinkedIn fancy getting involved with the Macmillan Cancer Support November Keepie Ups Challenge? Stuart Perry and myself will be getting involved and trying to improve our footy skills. Maybe Brooke McNair and Chloë Waters Assoc CIPD will put us to shame – they are sure to be more elegant than us two! Not sure how the sponsorship side will work as yet but will update nearer the time.
Unfortunately I did not get to know Macmillan support staff as well as I would have liked with our particular family situation, but knowing the support is there for others is a massive thing for people and families who need the help and a friendly ear to talk to.
Get involved as it is for all levels and abilities and is just a bit of fun. You don’t have to be Lionel Messi to get involved, all you have to do is to be better at the end of the month then you were at the start. The way the national team are going, you might get a call up! Easy peasy!
