From the man, the legend, Kai Ellis……
Six months ago, I made the switch from recruiting for tech startups to recruiting for the insurance industry, joining the team at FJN Solutions – and I haven’t looked back since!
While my primary focus is still on technical hires, I’ve gained valuable insight into the risk, regulation, business development, and account management sides of the industry and have successfully placed senior candidates in the insurer, broker, and health tech markets.
During this time, I’ve had the privilege of participating in two industry charity football events, hosting clients at Goodwood Races, attending key industry events, and working alongside some amazing candidates and companies.
I couldn’t of done any of the above without the welcome and support from my colleagues Dan Small, Stuart Perry, Amelia Westbrook Cert CII, Amy Bellamy and Nic Brown.
I’m now taking a few days off to spend time with the family and recharge before diving into the busy September-to-December period.
