Many of you will have heard me talk about FJN Growth. A few of you will know more about it having worked with Nic Brown and myself over the last few months.
So, what is FJN Growth? How did it come about?? What’s next???
The timeline is quite simple, so far :
13th September 2023 – the plan was hatched at Singing Hills golf course (the score card from the day still sits proudly on the board at FJN HQ!) ⛳ 🏆
9th October 2023 – FJN Growth Solutions officially comes into existence 🎉
25th November 2024 – FJN Growth doubles in size with the addition of two market leading individuals joining the team as Directors of the business. This broadens our knowledge and expertise to further compliment our offering to our clients. Watch this space to find out who will be joining the team 5 weeks today.… 📈
The more observational among you will notice that there is a big gap between 9th October 2023 to 25th November 2024. So, what have we been up to???
Over the course of 2024 we have worked with 6 key clients on specific assignments to enable these businesses to realise their growth ambitions. This has been built around driving performance into new territories, implementing new sales and marketing strategies (in both UK and Europe), bringing together new partnerships, advising on products & how to maximise their performance and also advising on staffing alongside our partner business, FJN Solutions.
The question of ‘what’s next?’ is where we are focussing all of our energies at the moment. A new website will be up and running shortly, a LinkedIn page to keep you updated with what we are working on, we are onboarding a number of key new projects ahead of year end and we are ready to go for January 2025. It is a hugely exciting time for us and we are looking forward to a rip roaring 2025 and beyond!
