Commercial Account Handler
Manage a portfolio of clients, handle their insurance needs including renewals and changes, and support business growth by developing new opportunities and cross-selling additional services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and retain a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service and relationship management.
- Handle policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Cross-sell additional business solutions, such as energy, telecoms, and employee benefits.
- Provide technical support to clients and insurers.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing client queries and concerns.
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial insurance broking (Preferred)
- Knowledge of general insurance products and FCA compliance. (Preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
- Progress toward or willingness to pursue CII qualifications.
