Key Responsibilities:

Telesales & Appointment Setting

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients, gathering renewal dates and generating leads.
  • Book qualified appointments for the sales team to maximise new business opportunities.
  • Support business growth by prospecting and identifying new clients.

Customer Engagement & Service Excellence

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring clients receive appropriate and compliant insurance solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through professional and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all interactions are logged.

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Work closely with the sales and business development teams to drive success.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulations and internal policies.
  • Contribute to business strategy through ad-hoc projects and campaign support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a target-driven telesales or appointment setting role (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of the insurance sector.
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Sales experience in small commercial sectors (e.g. trades, retail, hospitality).
