Key Responsibilities:

Client & Business Management

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to maximise renewals.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
  • Provide expert advice, ensuring clients receive tailored insurance solutions.
  • Secure cross-selling opportunities to enhance client coverage.

Sales & Performance

  • Achieve key performance targets including new business, renewals, and retention.
  • Monitor personal sales performance and manage the client portfolio effectively.
  • Ensure all transactions are both profitable and compliant.

Compliance & Best Practice

  • Adhere to FCA regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Handle complaints professionally and in line with regulatory requirements.

Professional Development & Compliance

  • Engage in ongoing training and development.
  • Keep up to date with Consumer Duty regulations and compliance standards.
  • Protect client data and uphold data security and confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in commercial insurance or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within FCA regulations.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and results-driven.
