There is no talk or even a hint of a “Dull January” or a “Blue Monday” at FJN Growth Solutions. The month has flown by and under the new and extended leadership team of Nic Brown, Paul Firkins FIoD and Doug Rice, we are about to complete our first full month of working together.
And what an amazing month it’s been!
Some of the highlights:
– Several new partners have come on board and appointed us to help them grow in their chosen markets
– Held onsite strategy workshops with new and prospective partners to help formulate plans
– Identified and met with both UK and Global firms as we seek to expand our network and facilitate 2-way referrals
– Formulating a plan to extend our supporting associate network to cover the skills and territories we don’t currently have
– Knee deep building out a couple of propositions focussing on a specific product and market sector linked heavily to emerging market trends
– Held a number of very stimulating meetings in the city to explore synergies with both insurers and intermediaries
– Attended industry events, had some business lunches, drank some beer and wine and consciously abstained from Dry January 😁
We are also starting to see some notable synergies with Dan Small and his exceptional recruitment team at FJN Solutions through mutual referrals.
Our observations of a very busy Jan 25 – there is a vibrancy and energy in the market, a strategic ambition to achieve genuine growth and an openness to exploring ways in which we can help make that happen.
