What a weekend for golf! And I don’t just mean the Ryder Cup….
As Rory, Shane et al were tearing the US team apart on Friday afternoon, a few more elite golfers were working their way around Mannings Heath Golf Club in the inaugural FJN Growth Solutions golf day.
Thank you to all who took part and got into the spirit of the day. We lucked out with the weather and had a great day looking for golf balls in the West Sussex countryside.
Special mentions go to the winner, and now proud owner of the FJN Trophy for the next 12 months, Stephanie Coulter. Top performance Steph! Andy O’Cain came a very close second on count back and Nigel Oliver (playing off the lowest handicap by some distance) came in a very respectable third. I strategically finished fourth – never win your own golf day….. 😉
Another special thanks to my group of Katie Cockerill, Neil Heasman and Barry James. Great trip down memory lane with three people I have been working with on and off since 2005 – hence our group being called the ‘Lifetime achievement’ group!
We will go again next year!
