Broker Schemes & Facilities Manager – Underwriting, UK&I

An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our clients who is looking for a Broker Schemes & Facilities Manager to take ownership of new business RFPs, onboarding, renewals, and governance across the UK&I P&C division. This role plays a key part in driving growth through effective tender management, smooth onboarding, and ongoing oversight of broker schemes and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all new business tenders, renewals, and onboarding processes for broker schemes and facilities.

  • Collaborate with underwriting, distribution, and product teams to deliver timely, consistent, and competitive responses to RFPs.

  • Build strong relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders to support business growth and ensure high-quality delivery.

  • Oversee compliance, governance, and reporting in line with internal frameworks and regulatory standards.

  • Maintain accurate data and workflow management, including pipeline tracking and performance reporting.

  • Conduct post-acquisition reviews and ensure continuous improvement across the portfolio.

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within the insurance industry, ideally with exposure to broker schemes or facilities management.

  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.

  • Analytical mindset with experience evaluating performance and business outcomes.

  • Good understanding of market dynamics, governance, and compliance requirements.
