We’re looking for a dynamic Client Director to help expand our clients Trade Credit portfolio while delivering exceptional service to an existing portfolio.

In this role, you’ll drive new business opportunities, build strong market relationships, and support clients with specialist advice on credit insurance solutions that protect against bad debt, insolvency and political risk.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Growing revenue through proactive business development and networking

• Leading client renewals, meetings, and strategic negotiations

• Providing expert support on claims, limit appeals, and policy changes

• Collaborating across the business to strengthen service and cross-selling

• Championing professional standards, compliance, and client satisfaction

What You Bring

• Proven success in trade credit insurance or related commercial finance field

• Strong business development track record with relationship-building skills

• Experience managing a portfolio at Director or Senior Account level

• Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills

• High initiative, resilience, and a client-first mindset
