Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Sales Executive to drive growth within the commercial sector. You’ll build strong client relationships, deliver sales targets, and provide tailored insurance and risk management solutions with a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong new business sales pipeline

• Engage, advise and convert commercial clients

• Review and recommend appropriate insurance programmes

• Identify and secure upsell and cross-sell opportunities

• Maintain accurate client records and activity notes

• Deliver excellent customer service and compliant advice

• Support and coach other commercial sales team members

About You

• Proven success in commercial insurance sales

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Confident advising clients on insurance solutions

• Highly organised, motivated and target-driven

• Able to manage workload and perform under pressure

• Full UK driving licence and own transport

• Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00
