FJN Growth Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Janthana Kaenprakhamroy as Audit Director and Principal Partner, responsible for establishing and leading the firm’s Coverholder and Delegated Authority Audit & Assurance practice.

Janthana brings a highly differentiated skill set, combining senior internal audit expertise with hands-on insurance operating experience. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), she began her career in internal audit at leading global financial institutions including UBS, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan and BNP Paribas, where she specialised in risk, governance, control assurance and operational resilience within complex, regulated environments.
She continues in her role as Chief Executive Officer of Tapoly, an award-winning insurtech MGA and Lloyd’s Coverholder, providing her with first-hand insight into delegated authority operations from both an audit and practitioner perspective.
This dual perspective positions Janthana uniquely to deliver practical, commercially grounded and regulator-ready audit and assurance services, aligned with Lloyd’s Minimum Standards and FCA expectations.
