Our Travel Insurance client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Case Administrator to join their team on a fully remote basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain case records accurately and efficiently
- Review documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather required information
- Track case progress and update systems accordingly
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous administrative experience preferred
