Case Administrator 

Our Travel Insurance client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Case Administrator to join their team on a fully remote basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain case records accurately and efficiently
  • Review documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather required information
  • Track case progress and update systems accordingly
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
