Happy New Year!! The most challenging year of most of our lives is behind us – at last!
I am writing this with a smile on my face as I have just torn up our 2020 year planner and thrown it where it belongs – in the bin. Whilst 2021 is going to come with many of the same problems for the first few months, I genuinely feel that our industry is better equipped to deal with things now. Last year was more of a fear of the unknown as we did not really have a clue what was happening, whereas now we know that the world will keep spinning and we are able to combat the problems in front of us. We are more resilient, agile and able to deal with what is in front of us.
We are back in the office from today and looking forward to dealing with as many of you as possible in the weeks ahead. Let’s make it a good year for all of us!
