It’s a big day for me today. We are always negotiating and discussing terms in our roles as recruiters. Some clients can prove tough nuts to crack – none more so than my 11 year old son.
After months of negotiations and toing and froing, we finally agreed terms late last night, ironically on transfer deadline day. Finlay has finally agreed to let me have his signed Paul Gascoigne shirt on the wall in the office. It was a mission to get this signed a couple of years back but I now have the shirt, and message of ‘To Fin, Love Paul ‘Gazza’ Gascoinge x’ next to me at work.
Onto our next negotiation…..
