Diversity and Inclusion is a key aspect of all that we do here at Synchronicity Insurance, and it is great to see so many of our clients treating this as importantly as we do. We are fortunate enough to be able to call upon the resources of our good friends at Adastra HR who are always able to provide us with additional advice and views on the topic of D&I among others. We are working in an ever changing workplace at present and so many positive steps have been made in recent times.
To further demonstrate our passionate views on Diversity & Inclusion, and how we can help our clients invest further in this mindset and way of working, we have chosen to sponsor the ‘Best Diversity and Inclusion Strategy’ award at this years Health and Protection Awards. The event promises to be a stellar evening and one where we can hopefully all gather and look forwards as opposed to backwards.
