Loads more positivity in the market at present and everything feels that little bit more upbeat. Hope everyone else is feeling the same or at least starting to feel that way.
This post is a nice easy one for me. It is a shout out to the best two recruiters in the entire market – Chloë Waters Assoc CIPD and Stuart Perry.
Since the start of this year, FJN Solutions has gone through the trials and tribulations of a complete top to bottom rebrand, launching a new website, an office move (complete with full redecoration and reflooring), organised a charity football match and on top of all that, dealt with the usual recruitment ups, down and round the houses. We really should have been a Channel 4 documentary!
In amongst all of this disruption, Stuart and Chloe have been phenomenal and completely smashed their work. They have done this with the added distraction of a stressed out me charging around like a headless chicken 24/7.
We are just about to complete our first quarter as FJN and without these two legends, it would not have happened. I am hugely and forever grateful for all of their efforts and I know you lot love them too!
