Account Handler

Our client seeks an on-site Account Handler with commercial line expertise to join their team. Responsibilities include managing new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, queries, and premium finance arrangements.

 

Account Handler Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of customer service.
  • Handle commercial accounts.
  • Handle any complaints in accordance with regulation.
  • Client renewal meetings, claims reviews and mid-term reviews
  • Produce pre-renewal documents.
  • Develop and maintain good quality client relationships.
  • Support Account Executives

Account Handler Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Account Handler role within a broker environment
  • Experience of working to FCA compliance standards
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Proficient IT computer skills using the Microsoft suite.
