Account Handler

Our client is seeking a Commercial Account Handler to manage the accounts of existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a solid understanding of general insurance products. This role involves maintaining and growing client relationships, handling renewals, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The successful candidate will join a friendly team that values a people-first approach to working.

Account Handler Responsibilities:

– Manage client profiles and relationships
– Oversee renewals and growth
– Underwrite and assess risks for insurers and clients
– Handle incoming calls and queries
– Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation

Account Handler Requirements:

– Working towards or willing to study for CII exams
– Knowledge of commercial broking
– Proven experience in customer relationship management

Location: Hove – 2 days a week in the office

Salary: Up to £33k + Bonus Comission

Hours: Monday to Friday
