Account Handler

Our client is an independent insurance broker looking for a new Household Account Handler to join their fantastic team. This is a customer facing role handling personal insurance policies for clients. This will cover personal lines such as high net worth, pet, holiday homes, contents, and buildings.

Account Handler Responsibilities

  • Handling renewals
  • Arranging payments where required
  • Researching and offering quotations to clients
  • Running a diary system
  • Duties requested in accordance with this role.

Account Handler Requirements

  • Experience in handling a personal lines account.
  • FCA protocols
  • Understanding of the principles of insurance broking
  • Customer service and administration abilities
