Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify, target, and convert new business leads into long-term customer relationships.
- Generate cross-selling opportunities for existing clients, including financial services products.
- Research and implement effective communication methods (email, phone, social media, events).
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and business meetings.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, guiding them from initial interest to quote.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Deliver outstanding customer service, exceeding expectations at every stage.
- Act as a trusted representative, demonstrating integrity and professionalism.

- Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

Ad-Hoc Projects & Strategic Support
- Support business strategy through various projects to enhance customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a target-driven business development or sales role.
- Strong business planning and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including networking.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage workload effectively under pressure.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport.
Desirable:
- Experience in the insurance industry or working with commercial business directors.
- Previous experience managing a sales pipeline and using MSD (CRM) systems.
