Scope Of Role and Expectations
Your role will be focused on the development of the clients corporate footprint in the UK, referrals outside of the UK to other areas of the business the identification of UK based decision makers, and enhance the clients brand in the UK through client interaction.
(1) Engagement
- New client pitches, supporting with an increased market awareness of the company brand
- Lead creation, introducing new prospects into the business
- Identify new marketing opportunities and identify new ways of working to successfully increase engagement
- Identify new partnership opportunities and support with the management of existing partnerships
(2) Business Development
- Increase UK corporate portfolio by meeting yearly sales targets
- Successfully cross sell product lines where opportunities identified
- Global approach to sales with other office opportunities considered
KPI’s
Your KPI’s will be broken down into the following sections and weighted accordingly. The KPI’s are in place to monitor and evaluate your performance and provide and outline on the key areas to focus on.
Performance Criteria
- Successful promotion of the company brand through a variety of channels
- Business development – Overall business growth (policy count, commission and lead generation)
- 2 new client pitches a week
- Management feedback
