Job Title: Senior Sales Director – Global Employee Benefits – IPMI
Role Summary:
The Senior Sales Director will lead strategic client acquisition and growth initiatives focused on international private medical insurance and comprehensive global health solutions. This senior role requires advanced consultative sales expertise and deep industry knowledge to drive commercial success and strengthen market presence.
The individual will develop large-scale B2B relationships, advising HR and procurement decision-makers, and designing complex benefits packages tailored to multinational organizations across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development
Lead business development efforts targeting enterprise clients in multiple international markets.
Identify, qualify, and close high-value SME and corporate opportunities within the global health insurance sector.
Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to build a strong pipeline of mid-to-large corporate accounts.
Represent the organization at industry events, forums, and client meetings to showcase service capabilities.
Market Insight & Commercial Strategy
Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes affecting global health insurance offerings.
Provide market intelligence to support product positioning, pricing, and underwriting negotiations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to align go-to-market strategies.
Compliance & Operational Excellence
Ensure adherence to internal governance policies and relevant regional insurance regulations.
Maintain accurate client and sales data using CRM systems.
Contribute to forecasting and performance reporting for senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
10+ years of proven success exceeding sales targets in corporate health insurance or brokerage sales, with a focus on international private medical insurance and employee benefits.
Strong understanding of regional insurance markets and providers.
Relevant professional licenses or certifications preferred.
