Customer Success Manager

We are currently working with a leading Healthcare Technology business who are growing their presence in the Netherlands! We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will work closely with the businesses customers to elevate engagement with their health solution.

We are seeking someone who enjoys relationship building and someone who is able to define and achieve client success. This is a hybrid role based in Utrecht, with the requirement to be based in office 1 day per week.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both Dutch and English
  • 2 years experience in Customer Success Management or Account Management
  • Knowledge of he Dutch healthcare system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
