Role Summary:
The Individual Sales Manager is responsible for acquiring and managing individual clients seeking International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) solutions. This role involves developing relationships with prospective clients, understanding their health insurance needs, and providing tailored global health coverage options.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a sales strategy focused on acquiring and growing individual clients for IPMI solutions.
Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities with individual clients.
Engage with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver customized IPMI solutions.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for renewals and upselling.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Represent the organization at industry events and client presentations to enhance brand presence.
Qualifications & Experience:
5+ years of sales experience within the international/expatriate health insurance sector, specifically targeting individual clients.
Strong knowledge of individual IPMI products and the global health insurance market.
Proven track record of success in client acquisition, sales growth, and relationship management.
