IPMI Consultant

Role Overview
As an International Private Medical Insurance Consultant, you will manage and expand a
portfolio of clients requiring global health insurance solutions. You will provide expert
advice on international healthcare plans, compliance requirements, and wellbeing
strategies for employees working across multiple jurisdictions. Your role will involve
building strong relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional service
delivery worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow a portfolio of international clients, delivering expert advice on IPMI
solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services to
enhance client offerings.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Design and implement bespoke global wellbeing strategies tailored to client needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with international insurers and clients, including
attending meetings and industry events.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and company standards.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients across multiple regions.
Key Requirements
• Experience in International Private Medical Insurance or global employee benefits.
• Strong client relationship management skills and a proven track record in business
development.
