Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, engage, and motivate a high-performance business development team.
  • Set clear goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and support professional growth.
  • Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and excellence.

Sales Pipeline & Business Growth

  • Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring strong customer engagement.
  • Maximise conversion rates and enhance the customer journey.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a SMART marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and have measurable impact.
  • Provide regular performance updates to senior management.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Create and manage an engaging social media strategy across multiple platforms.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, working with external agencies where necessary.

Brand Promotion & Customer Engagement

  • Identify and manage print advertising opportunities to boost brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns.
  • Lead PR initiatives and build relationships with media and community partners.

Compliance & Best Practices

  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulations and internal policies.
  • Lead by example in upholding professionalism, ethical conduct, and quality standards.

Ad-Hoc Projects & Strategic Support

  • Support various strategic projects that enhance customer experience and business growth.

What they are looking For:

  • Marketing qualification and/or proven experience in a multi-disciplined marketing role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in digital marketing, CRM systems, and social media management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in print advertising, event management, and PR.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport.
