Product Governance Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of Europe’s largest Insurance groups. The area of the group where this role operates specifically relates to travel insurance and assistance. In this role you will contribute to the strategic objectives for product Governance. Take ownership for delivery, prioritisation, and resource utilisation/optimisation. You will also review all customer journeys for sales, MTAs, MTCs, renewals & all other customer communications are clear and in line with best practice.

We are seeking someone who has several years product governance experience, working for an insurer or MGA. Travel Insurance experience is not essential but would be beneficial.

This is a mostly remote position but you must be willing to travel to London upon request, plenty of notice will be given for this.
