Key Responsibilities:
Telesales & Appointment Setting
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients, gathering renewal dates and generating leads.
- Book qualified appointments for the sales team to maximise new business opportunities.
- Support business growth by prospecting and identifying new clients.
Customer Engagement & Service Excellence
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring clients receive appropriate and compliant insurance solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers through professional and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all interactions are logged.
Collaboration & Compliance
- Work closely with the sales and business development teams to drive success.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulations and internal policies.
- Contribute to business strategy through ad-hoc projects and campaign support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a target-driven telesales or appointment setting role (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the insurance sector.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics.
- Sales experience in small commercial sectors (e.g. trades, retail, hospitality).
