Senior Property Claims Adjuster

Job Title: Senior Claims Adjuster – Property
Location: London (Hybrid)

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Property Claims Adjuster to join a growing delegated authority claims team supporting major London Market carriers. This is a hybrid role based in London, offering the opportunity to work on complex, high-value claims and play a key role in delivering best-in-class service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Property and multi-class claims from first notification to final settlement

• Handle both standard and complex claims within delegated authority

• Provide technical support and guidance on claims matters

• Maintain and enhance client service delivery in line with SLAs and KPIs

• Build and manage strong relationships with clients, brokers, and third parties

• Prepare and present client-facing reports and updates

• Mentor and support junior team members

• Conduct peer reviews to uphold technical quality

• Appoint experts/legal counsel where appropriate

• Support ad hoc tasks as required by the wider management team

Experience & Skills Required:

• At least 5 years’ experience adjusting Property and other London Market claims

• Strong knowledge of Lloyd’s processes including ECF, CLASS, and CTP guidelines

• Proven ability to handle a mix of standard and complex claims

• Excellent knowledge of the Lloyd’s Claims Scheme

• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple client SLAs

• Organised, adaptable, and team-oriented

• Strong relationships within the London Market (brokers, adjusters, legal, etc.)
