Job Title: SME Sales Manager – Global Benefits Practice – IPMI

Role Summary:
The SME Sales Manager for the Global Benefits Practice is responsible for driving the acquisition and growth of small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients seeking International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) and global health solutions. This role involves developing and executing a targeted sales strategy to meet the unique needs of SMEs, expanding the client base, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy focused on acquiring and growing SME accounts within the global health insurance sector.

  • Identify, qualify, and close new SME opportunities to drive growth in the IPMI market.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SME decision-makers, including HR and procurement leaders, to understand their benefits requirements.

  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Client Management teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation.

  • Represent the organization at industry events, forums, and client presentations to highlight capabilities and expertise in the SME market.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to adjust sales tactics and maintain a competitive advantage.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market strategies and drive operational efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with internal governance, UAE/GCC insurance regulations, and maintain accurate CRM data.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of proven sales success within the SME market, particularly in international/expatriate health insurance, IPMI, or global employee benefits.

  • Strong understanding of the SME landscape and the specific needs of businesses in global health insurance.

  • Experience managing sales targets, performance metrics, and complex sales cycles.

  • DHA licensing or equivalent certifications preferred.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
