Key Responsibilities:
- Data Processing: Accurately input and manage financial data in company systems.
- Validation & Auditing: Verify data accuracy and correct inconsistencies or errors.
- Reporting: Create reports and summaries for compliance and operations teams.
- Transaction Handling: Process payments, transfers, and adjustments efficiently.
- CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
- Regulatory Compliance: Follow FCA, GDPR, and company standards.
- Collaboration: Work with IT, finance, and compliance teams to resolve issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend ways to streamline workflows.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-2 years in data processing or financial services.
- Familiarity with financial systems and UK regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, FCA).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
- Experience with platform-based financial systems is a plus.
