We have had a couple of lengthy discussions with clients today, and we all agree that reacting to the immediate situation in front of us with Covid-19 restrictions, and finding a solution to the problem, is a much better approach than either panicking or downing tools.

Companies need to hire and individuals need to work so let’s use the technology available to us to keep things moving. We settle claims over the phone / on line and we purchase cover via mobile apps in a matter of seconds. For the immediate future it looks like most of our industry hires may need to be managed in similar fashion too.
