Morning all!
You may have noticed of late that Stuart Perry and Chloë Waters Assoc CIPD have changed our LinkedIn profile pictures to add a snazzy little purple swoosh. The time has come to grow our team of consultants from 4 to 5 (or 6, 7, 8…..). After feeling that our business could well go under in mid 2020, when covid stopped the world spinning, we now find ourselves busier than we could ever have imagined. As an intermediary to the market, we are a good little barometer as to how things are going in the insurance world. If we are doing well, the market must be doing well too which is great news for all of us.
As most of our connections will know, Chloe, Stuart and myself have all previously worked in the insurance industry. We are taking the view that we would like to go down this route again and hire someone with experience of the market we recruit for. If you have worked in recruitment as well, then you should definitely be calling us.
We have an absolutely amazing set of clients who all work closely with us on a daily basis. Recruitment is a people industry and being able to manage client relationships is key in this role. We like to treat our clients too (as per the feature picture) so you have to be able to enjoy yourself too!
We are based in Horsham and our office is a 2 minute walk from the train station. Parking on site is available if you drive.
