The week of the Health & Protection Awards is upon us! Sure to be a good fun evening seeing all the lovely people of the PMI market. Fortunately I don’t have to practice my ‘I am really pleased for the person that won the award I was nominated for’ look, as there isn’t a category for us recruiters!
Whilst we are not up for any awards, we are proud to be involved again and to sponsor the award for the best D&I Strategy. This is the second year for the D&I award and it is great to see so many companies under consideration for the award this time around. Lots of positive changes are being made and we are proud to be part of these changes both as a sponsor and as a recruiter.
On a personal note, it is a little surreal seeing our FJN Solutions brand sitting in and amongst so many market leaders. We’re the one in the middle. We do like being in the middle of things!
