My first 90 days in recruitment. I’ll keep this short and sweet (like me!).
Well it has flown by and yet at the same time I feel like I’ve been doing this a lot longer than 3 months.
I have had invaluable support from my colleagues at FJN Solutions and this has contributed to my successes to date. Long may that continue!
Recruitment comes with a lot of highs and lows. I’ve learned you definitely have to be resilient, stay positive and dust yourself off – or failing that have amazing colleagues/cheerleaders around you to let you rant when you need to, and then pick you up!
My experience so far in recruitment has only given me more drive and determination to see what I can achieve. I’m feeling confident and motivated to smash the next 90 days… and beyond.
