I’m a day late with this, but yesterday was International Day of Charity. Uncannily, it was also the day that we confirmed our booking for next year’s 6 a side charity football event which we will again run to raise funds and awareness for Wolfram Syndrome UK
There are so many worthy charities out there that provide help and support to so many different circumstances. We choose to support Wolfram due to the nature of how they run things and the fact that we know what a big impact the support has. Please follow their page on LinkedIn if you get a moment.
So onto how you can make a difference and raise some much needed funds while having a bit of fun at the same time….
We have booked Horsham FC for Friday 14th June 2024 and will be hosting our second 6 a side tournament. This year, we had ten teams from the industry representing their respective companies. Paddy Lawlor and the Allianz Partners team ran out worthy winners after a thriller of a penalty shoot out against Aston Lark in the final. Teams from FJN Solutions Now Health International Bupa Global AXA – Global Healthcare Charles Taylor Assistance Engage Health Group Global Benefits Group (GBG) and Clear Insurance Management were all involved and put in some stellar performances!
