After 6.5 years of working together, Naomi is leaving our team with effect from this Friday. She had worked within a number of claims management and leadership roles prior to me hoodwinking her into a career in recruitment, and it’s fair to say that she made a rip roaring success of the move! Naomi has always received lots of compliments from candidates and clients alike and is going to be sorely missed by many of the companies that we work with. Of course the people that will miss her most will be us here at Synchronicity Insurance
