As many of you know, we have just finished an office move. Apparently the two most stressful, time consuming and difficult things to in business are to move office and to do a complete rebrand. Madness to do both at once! Challenge accepted…..
Today, 1st February 2022, we officially become FJN Solutions. This has been part of our plan for some time now and, after a lot of overthinking and overcomplicating from me, we are now proud to share our new name and new branding with you all. I have personally championed the Synchronicity brand for a number of years (18 in total!) and I am proud of all that we have achieved but, after all of the change and mayhem that we have seen in the world over the last couple of years, we felt it was the perfect time to announce our new name and brand.
One thing that will not change are the levels of quality and industry knowledge that you associate with Stuart Perry, Chloë Waters Assoc CIPD and myself. After all we are still the same people, we just hope you enjoy working with us even more now. What we really want to do with our new brand is to try a few new things, improve certain areas of what we do and to freshen up our approach. The way you see us and the way we do things are critically important to how we develop our business in 2022 and beyond. Recruitment, more specifically insurance recruitment, will always be at the heart of our business, but our new FJN Solutions brand enables us to try a few new things in the coming months.
The new website will be live very shortly and new email addresses will be up and running today. Exciting times!
This is a big step for us and demonstrates our long term intention to keep evolving and developing our business and our brand. We could not do it without you and we are looking forward to you all joining us on this journey!
