Half year appraisals, done!
Being a ‘Manager’ is not part of my job that I particularly like, but I have to admit I do enjoy it when we are sitting down together and talking about where we’ve been, where we are and where we are going. I still don’t class myself as a Manager, I much prefer Recruitment Consultant, but this part of the role is pretty rewarding when you hear the positive comments from the team. We are in good shape here and looking forward to a rip roaring second half of our financial year!
