Today, 1st November 2022, marks the first day of the Macmillan keepie uppie challenge! This is a little bit of fun to keep us all active but also to raise funds and awareness for Macmillan.
Stuart, Finlay and myself have to do keepie uppies everyday this month. We will try and mix things up a bit with how, where and when we do it and will share pics and videos as and when for your entertainment.
